There is no official Apple support in Kuwait so it might be problematic to get support for Macs that were not bought from the specific reseller. Your best bet is to ask the resellers what is their policy.

I looked at Kuwait's Apple site and under the support, they only mention resellers, no official telephone number or anything like that.

Enter the serial and it will tell you. You should also have a proof of purchase just in case.

Nobody buys from EBAY. They are just a marketplace. You are buying from someone advertising on EBAY. Probably not a authorized dealer, and potentially used. In these cases the warranty starts at the time of original sale, not when you buy it, so some or all of the warranty might be used up when you receive the unit.

Importing or not, it's best to stick with authorized dealers.

No match when I searched ebay.co.uk for shop "Electronic Giants"
There is an "Electrical Giant" but they seem to only sell cables and kitchen gadgets.
