Hello guys .. I'm planing to buy an Iphone 3GS .. with 05.13.04 .. Do you guys think I can unlock or Jailbreak that phone? its with new OS 4. please help me out ...asap ..

If you expect to jailbreak right away on iOS 4, you need a 3GS, old bootrom with SHSH saved for 3.1.2 and 3.1.3

Research this so you understand it.

Depends, what version iBoot does it have and are the phone's SHSH on file with Cydia? if it's the older iBoot and has SHSH on file, you can downgrade to a pwned 3.x firmware then upgrade again to a pwned 4.0 and unlock with ultrasn0w 0.93.
