Buying iPhone from Saudi Arabia

Hello im willing to buy an iPhone 7+ from Saudi Arabia form the Jarrir bookstore
I heard that the iphones there do not come with facetime is there any fix for that? I want to buy it from there cause its alot cheaper i will be using it in Europe and not in any Middle East country

are there any other limitations i dont know? Has anyone experienced something like this?

I think you can via jailbreak. But, it's locked by region.

I don't think so, if that's the case, then people from middle east would just do that easily.
I think it's in the firmware of the iPhone itself.
Just like iPhones in Japan (cannot turn off camera shutter)
