As for the mac that I actually ended up purchasing, the contrast of how well it works compared to the acer 2006 pc laptop with windows vista is nothing sort of amazing. Everything is so fast and snappy and everything seems to work. Also the battery power is amazing. After a full day of use there is still 50% battery left. This thing might just outrun my cell phone and ipad when it comes to running with battery. Video streaming is nice as well and mini displayport to hdmi adapter works great with my tv and amplifier. I wasnt even sure if I could get sounds through it at first but after a simple setting change it seems to work great!
