Neither or those things are confirmed and there is no reliable speculation that a 2012 release would include a retina display. Quite the opposite, actually.
Again, thanks for all the great tips, clearly made my decision a lot easier. However, Belgium s Apple store, doesn't even have a refurb Mac at the moment and I kinda like my purchases 'new'. If I'd have to choose now i'd go for the standard high end model, so basicly the standard one in the upcoming line (or something like that...I hope.). Pitty bout the Blu Ray .... And the playstation 3. If I buy one ( hopefully within the next 2 weeks!) I'll do some more research about that, but first things first: Buy an iMac!
No, because my uncle's barber knows a guy who knows a girl who used to work with a guy that knew a girl who knew a guy who owned a dog who was occasionally taken for walks by a girl who used to work for Sony... and she told me that her boss knew a guy who knew a girl who knew a guy who worked for an Apple supplier in Calgary, Alberta and that guy told her that there would be no retina on the 2012 iMac.
How can i transfer my stuff on my Windows Pc to the iMac when i get one? Is there any software! Also I have two RAID Drives which i also want to use with mac which means i would have to buy 2 external HDDs for them?

Download migration assistant from apples website. Connect the 2 with an Ethernet cable (unless your PC is thunderbolt enabled!) or connect to the same wireless network. Transfer files.
If you get stuck there are loads of hints on apples website, and Macrumors of course!
