buying refurbished desktop from BUY.com

what is BUY.com's return policy for desktops that are refurbished? Has anyone had any problems buying through them?

Never bought from them, but on their website it says you have 14 days to return a product with certain exceptions. See: http://www.buy.com/corp/support/returns/default.asp?what=returnpolicy for details.
