tmobile will introduce there hspa+ and there lte4g thanks to merger by 2015

Just to preface. Metro has a 1xRTT network and LTE network. T-Mobile has EDGE/HSPA/HSPA+ networks but no LTE.

Metro is buying T-Mobile but they're still going to advertise it as T-Mobile. Additionally, they're going to improve T-Mobile's architecture (because it's superior to Metro's 1xRTT (they dont have 3G) technology and located in more areas) while eventually getting rid of Metro's 1xRTT network.

Because of that, I'd say that T-Mobile is staying while Metro is going "bye bye".

This is better for the customers because Metro Customers will have access to T-Mobile's superior network and T-Mobile's customers will have access to Metro's LTE network.

It will take many years for it to completely merge into one carrier, but those are the future plans as we know it.
