Bypass activation IOS5 Ipad2

My IOS5 certificate expired today, on my iPhone 4 I was able to bypass the activation triple click home button etc...

Anyway to do that on my ipad2? I don't want to restore to the newest software cause then I will lose all my data right?

Any help?

All I want is to back up, if there is a way to just back up that would work too!

I have a legit Dev account with lots of UDID's.
