iPhone Bypass lockscreen - app specific

Question for the group.

Is there a tweak that will bypass the passcode requirement on the lockscreen. The use case is good for for VOIP apps like Line 2 or Skype. This way I could have security but if an inbound call came in I could answer it without having to enter a passcode.

Any thoughts?
