All iPads Bypassing CLOUD lock iPad

I purchased an iPad on ebay, without understudying fully the 'CLOUD LOCK'

Can someone tell me if the is possible to bypass? or get around? Thanks

Activation Lock was implemented in order to reduce the theft of iOS devices. It wouldn't be much of a deterrent if it were easy to circumvent.

as for this ipad, best thing would be to return it to its rightful owner, not sure how to get that info from a locked device tough.

Nope. Someone sold you a stolen ipad. Return it to the seller and report them.
