Bypassing the iTunes At&T activation

Hi all,,

I successfully restored my iPhone (i think so anyway), after I restore it, my iphone comes up with the emergency call screen, and on iTunes the screen is the At&T activation screen, however I want to be able to use my iPhone on any sim card, especially that I am NOT using AT&T network provider, so could I please have some help on how to do so. My firmware before restoring was 1.1.1

Download pwnagetool, make a new restore file that is unlocked and activated, and restore the phone to 2.1.
