Cable ties (maybe called ziplock ties where you live?) (works best for “permanent” cables), or short lengths of double-sized Velcro strips, and/or some form of adhesive-backed cable clip - I’ve used some 3M ones for a telephone+cat5+power set up a wall.

Alternatively there’s plastic cable conduit with slots in the side every centimetre or so, you could run that along the wall or back of the shelf.

Yeah here they're called Cable ties or "Zip ties". I do have a ton of zip ties. I am thinking of how to hide or at least organize the cable paths along the desk in the best way. Like some kind of desk mounted bracket or track to hide them in?

I've used a combination of these two type of products on my desk. The clips for running cables horizontally (or vertical on desk legs). The tube to bundle some of the trickier runs (read: to short to make a long run via the clips).

Believe I got this stuff at Home Depot for relatively cheap.

ADD: was in the local Home Depot and did not see the sticky cable concealers there. So maybe got them at Container Store or Lowes.

Ok thanks for the ideas. NoBoMac does home depot or staples or one of those types of stores carry these https://www.amazon.com/Darller-Adju...zer+adhesive&qid=1552627476&s=gateway&sr=8-10 ?

I'd like to start this cable management project over the weekend and not wait for delivery from Amazon.

I welcome more ideas from everyone.

Like better placement of the UPS to channel all of the different runs from each device. That's difficult to determine and make it clean as possible. And are there any interference issues when bundling different cable types together like that?
