Is this working? I want to plug in a second extra display on my imac, will this work? i already have one additional display with the thunderbolt and i want a second one.

These things suck, to put it mildly. It even says in the description that it's not compatible with Sierra.

Every time a new OS version comes out, these things break and the manufacturer either takes forever to get it working again, or drops support and you are left with a paperweight.

It's not worth the hassle.

But there is no other way to have 2 additional displays with my imac which also sucks, i am still with OS X Yosemite so i have no problem to stick with a version for a while until they sort it.

I dont think you have USB 3.0. You can probably get a monitor that supports daisy chaining. If that doesn't work maybe check out the eGPU thread.
