I have noticed that in my Finder window, under 'Places' I have 'cache.db'. I have not noticed it there before. How can I get rid of it from the Finder window? It bugs me.

    Cheers

Drag it out of the sidebar to anywhere else and release the trackpad/mouse button. You can add/remove a file or link or any other item to the sidebar just by dragging it in or out of there.

Thanks, that sorted it. No idea how it got there in the first place though.
