Is CSU East Bay (formerly CSU Hayward) really as bad as some people say it is?

More specifically, is their MS in Statistics program any good?
 
hayweird.

had a family member there for a short time, hated it, went elsewhere in the CU system. a second hand down vote i guess. best of luck.
