Calculating battery usage for device added

I want to use a portable dac to my iPhone 6. It connects via the camera kit and uses 100ma accordingly to specs. As I understand ip6 has around 1500ma battery. So roughly 5 hours that this dac is connected and used will consume 1/3 of the iPhone 6 battery life? Is this correct? Or do I have to take voltage into account as well?
 
The iPhone 6 actually has an 1810 mAh battery.I think you'll have to take voltage into account, but I'm not certain.
