Hi,
I seem to be having a problem with my Mac's calculator. Every time I press the percentage button I get an error

I don't know what is wrong with me. I'm on 10.14 too, and every time I press the percentage button I get error. It doesn't matter if im half way through the equation or just press it at the start.

Is there a way to like reset the application?

Edit: Have just done a fresh reinstall of Mac OS which didn't help

Anyone have any more solutions?

It doesn't work in safe mode, I've reinstall the OS, and I've even deleted the calculator app and reinstalled the OS again, and it still doesn't work

After do more research I have found some more insight into this.

My language preference is set to English AU, and when using the percentage button I get 'Error' as my result.
However if I set my language preference to English US, and restart my Mac, the percentage button works fine.

So it must be a bug with the Australian language pack, that apple doesn't want to fix?

Have you reported that tidbit of info to Apple?
