CalDAV Bug

    Since upgrading to iOS6 my calendar is no longer successfully logging into my account. Based upon the prompts that appear after I enter my password into the setup screen, it is trying to pass the account Description in as the User Name.

    On my iPad, I was able to login by entering my User Name in the Description field. Unfortunately, this same approach is not working on my iPhone.

    Anyone else encounter this?

    Some additional investigation:

    After successfully validating my new password, and populating my calendar, I could go back and reset the description to whatever I like. As such, this appears to be a bug in the account validation routine (setup or login credentials). I saw some related threads on account creation on Apple's forum.
