For general information :
I am writing concerning an issue whereby iCAL will create multiple entries of all events in a calendar.
I noticed this when my calendar suddenly had 3 times every event.
My first reaction was to delete all calendars and re-synch. A time consuming matter but this was not all that effective. Suddenly 3 times the events again.
Further to investigations it seems that (this is my case) iCal can stumble when synching a Yahoo!calendar. This somehow gets it to re-create a full entry for my iCloud account, including calendar.
The solution I have found is to actually go to iCal/Preferences then the Accounts tab. Here, there where 3 identical entries for my iCloud account.
I removed 2 entries and everything went back to normal. Except that on the next synch of yahoo!calendar the same *3 problem re-appeared.
I have ended up removing the yahoo!calendar and the situation is ok now. Hopefully a fix will allow me to resynch yahoo!calendars soon.
