Apps Calendar app that will let me add events while AWAY from iPhone?

I’m looking for the best calendar app out there; BUT one that will actually let me add events (specifying date/time) on the watch while Away from the iPhone.

In other words FIRST add the event on the Apple Watch and THEN perhaps sync it when in close proximity to the iPhone (NOT the other way around)


Fantastical 2 would be perfect except it needs to be close to the iPhone and having app open running in background...

What about using Siri to add an event to the stock calendar? Naturally, you won’t need your iPhone around for that to sync.

Hmmm, that’s actually a very good idea! : is there a way to have just a small Siri complication instead of having to switch the entire watch face?

Or you could just raise your watch or say "Hey Siri..." or press and hold the crown. All those things activate Siri.

I just tried doing it with Calendars 5 but it doesn't work.
