Is it just my calendar or it is completely wrong?
Also TODAY isn't highlighted in red.
Language set as English (UK), region Hong Kong (so weeks start on sunday)

My calendar isn't syncing at all. All seems set up in the Watch App... anyone else experienced this?

My problem is that I have missing appointments. Doesn't seem to be a reoccurring appt or free/busy issue.

Are your appointments under an icloud calendar? i had this issue with my mac, and it was because it was on a calendar specific to the device.

have your tried resetting the watch? weird why the current day isnt highlighted...
