Calendar Colors on iOS4.2

Anyone else notice the calendar colors on iOS4.2 changed to the muted colors that display your iphone contents on iTunes 10?

I have blue, red and green on mine. Never seen purple or orange so I can't compare.

I also have this since i upgraded to 4.2...
I hate those pastels colors...my original red calendar turned pastel purple...so ugly.
Anyone knows a trick to change this?

Oh my gosh I hate the new pastel colors!

I think this is now motivation for me to jailbreak my iPhone. This morning I woke up with stark, contrasting, red, green, purple, etc. Now my calendar looks like a field of poppies.
You know sometimes I can't understand apple. How long did it take for them to get cut and paste? Heck - even Microsoft was able to handle that one.

And finally - how difficult would it be to just let us PICK THE COLOR WE WANT for each calendar.

Seems like such a simple task. I hope they come up with a solution for this.

Any official place I should send a complaint to?

These new pastel shades really aren't colour-blind friendly, and I'm -still- waiting for the ability to change the colours…!

As a new iPhone owner, YES! And it was funny to me the first 10 times or so...

But i am definitely disappointed with the new colors and wish I could change them...
