I need some help.
On my wife's iPhone 5s calendar events don't show up on lock screen. They are in the calendar. They are reported in the Notification Center, but there isn't any alert on the lock screen!
I tried to set some events on my iPhone (we share the calendars from family), they showed up on her iPhone, she accepted them, but at the time of the event I received the alert on my lock screen (on both my iPhone and iPad) while she didn't receive any alert !
It drives me crazy, I can't understand the cause.
All the settings appears to be the same on our devices.
Thank you in advance for any suggestions.

I know there has been a more or less ongoing issue with calendar notifications sometimes not going off since about late iOS 8 days or so at least for some people. I have experienced it on and off over time, but not as much recently. Perhaps that might be in play here?

Are any calendar notifications showing up (perhaps even some test ones that cold be set up on that device locally to try things out with different alerts)?

On my devices every calendar notification showing up correctly.
On her iPhone they are present in the calendar app but not showing up in the lock screen (but they are present in the Notification Center if pulled down).
Weird...

Odd. If you are going to go down to the point of potentially restoring, try resetting all settings prior to that to see if that might resolve that issue somehow.

Solved ... Maybe.
I went in settings, calendars and I changed default time for notifications to "at the time of the event".
Now it seems to work also on my wife's iPhone....
A very weird glitch.

That's weird...I have that default set to "none", because I always change the alert time anyway.

Yep. I don't know why. On my devices it works also with "none". On my wife's not...
I didn't try to switch again to "none" and see if it works (maybe it was a temporary glitch).
