Calendar invites keep coming after acceptance

I keep getting invitations for repeating events, which I have already accepted. This happens for all of my repeating events organized from other people. It seems that this just started after I upgraded to Yosemite public beta. I've deleted the calendar and set it up again, but the invitations keep coming. Once I accept them, the next time my calendar refreshes I get another invite.

Any ideas?

No, no response. Somebody at my work has encountered the same thing, but we haven't found a fix. I reported it to Apple, but who knows if they will look at it.

By the way - this resolved with various updates to Yosemite.
