Calendar not syncing

Hello all!

My calendar will not sync.

The only way it works if I reset my apple watch and resync it with my phone (takes a long time).

Is there another option? I really like the convenience when it works but is anyone having this issue and if you have found a solution.

Such a beautiful thing when it works. I am updated to the latest OS.
