Calendar opens blank

Upgraded to 5.1 on Wednesday, but calendar still blank on iPad 1 when I first open it. Flip and page and go back and everything is there. I'm hoping that will be fixed when I get my iPad 3/HD/The next...whatever they're calling it.

Calendar opens Blank

I've had the same problem since last summer. I recently went on vacation and switched off Location Services and noticed right away that my calendar opened with all events showing!? This hasn't happened in many months! I haven't had a chance to spend the time to see if the problem is due to one app or Location Services as a whole...Just thought I'd add my experience to this frustrating little glitch!

I turned off location services after reading your post, but today my calendar opened blank again. iPad 2 running iOS 5.1. Did you guys file a bug report?

I just recently got around to installing iOS 5.1 and noticed that this issue was still occurring. I filed a bug report, and encourage everyone to do the same.

And once again (after upgrading to iOS 5.1.1 yesterday) the "Monthly View of Calendar Opens Blank" problem continues on my iPad 1. 🙄 It manifests most often the first time the Calendar is opened after unplugging from charging and the first time Calendar is opened after midnite & the date changes.

Maybe next update...

Happening when starting calendar the first time in monthly view. Reproducible.

It's fixed in iOS 6. But the bad news is everything else is broken 😉

Fixed in iOS 6? Sure? Well that is good news. Could you be more precise what else (besides maps obviously) is broken in iOS6?

App Store is rubbish.
Passbook is not so great.
Photo share is limited.
Wifi sync is broken.
Podcasts app is terrible.
Turn by turn does not agree with maps.
More glitches than ever.

Oh... And I'm an Apple fan!!!
