Calendar Reminders Always Twice

In the last couple of days I am always getting two alarms for the same calendar event. I really don't know why or what has changed. I checked the calendar on the iPhone, looks normal. I have one private and one work calendar.

I turned off calendar in iCloud and turned it on again, didn't help.

Anyone got an idea what might be the problem here?

OK, problem solved. I un- and re-paired phone and watch and the issue is gone. It's like the IT saying: "Have you tried turning it off and on again?"...
