Calendar shows multiple duplicate entries but not on phone or Mac

I'm using my google account to syn my calendars.

For some reason this happens:

What exactly am I doing wrong? I've tried removing every account and restarting and adding but still the same.

What does it show when you click 'Calendars' on the top left of that screen?
