calendar sync problem iphone .... regarding exchange server and iCal - Thanks!

I sync my calendars over the air through a microsoft exchange server. I'd also like them to appear, however, on my ical. How do I do that?? When I click sync to ical in itunes, the calendar (iCal) still shows up empty ... ???
