Other Call me crazy!

My favourite thing about keeping a phone around for a while was taking the case off and actually enjoying the device.
I've seen enough cracked screen protectors to keep those, though!

I have a spare but I have nowhere to go between now and Friday morning. Just taking a huge leap here lol
 
I took the case off to clean it yesterday and it felt so nice to hold naked. Right back in the case it went though.
 
Live life crazy. I never use a case or screen protector on any of my phones. Never have, never will*.

* Well there is one exception… I have a case that lets me mount the phone to my motorcycle handlebars if I need navigation. But the case comes off immediately afterward because I hate cases so much.

Do you use a Ram case? That’s what I have. It’s got a pretty good grip with straps too.

You aren't crazy.

At least in comparison to what some would label me anyway. I don't use cases. I've used my iPhone 5 without a case, my 6+, my 6s+, my Pixel 3a XL and now my iPhone 11 Pro Max.

I use my iPad without a case. I don't like cases. And this was a regular thing before iPhone - going all the way back to 1999.

So, who's crazy now?

Sheesh…case users take a case off once in a while and start thinking they are living dangerously or something. SMH!!!

No I went with QuadLock due to the vibration dampener they offer. I actually love it so far, even though I’ve only used it a few times (generally I know where I’m going, lol).
 
I rip off the case and screen protector to run it naked shortly after pre-order every year. If it gets nicked or scratched now, what do I care?

I have (yes, I still have my iPhone 5) the Black/Slate version. While Scuffgate was a thing, it wasn't too much of an issue for me.

That said, this is NOT my original iPhone 5. It's been replaced three times because of a swelling battery. I've had this replacement since mid-2017.

I know where I’m going too. I just use waze for police spotting lol
 
I've ran my phones totally naked for the past 8 years. I've never had a glass break, and they still look great when I get rid of them.

How can you not read this text messages? And that email count! This causes me stress.

I don't really use that phone except for specific things now. If I reply to an email on my iPhone it's usually from my primary phone. I just have some of my accounts linked on my old phones so I can still use them to send an email if I need/want to.

Text messages are being reflected between my iPhone 11 Pro Max, my iPhone 6s+, my iPhone 5 and my iPhone 4s. Throw in my iPad and my MacPro and my MBP as well.

So, if I don't open my messages on that device it doesn't necessarily show that they've been read.

So…uhm yeah. Here's my primary phone, my 11 Pro Max.

My iPhone 5 doesn't look so bad now does it? :D

Haven’t used a screen protector in years, always rock my phone naked at home.
