Call speaker has my MacBook Pro

Hi all,

Whenever I call someone on my iPhone & I select to hear the sound out of the loudspeaker, a drop down menu appears & I must select between my iPhone, iPhone Speaker & MacBook Pro.

Is there any way to simply have this button switch on my iPhone Speaker? It's very irritating, given that I never use my MacBook Pro to take calls initiated on my iPhone.

Disabling Handoff on your Mac should cut it off from your iPhone.

Indeed - I thought that & tried, but it hasn't worked. I switched it off on my Mac and then rebooted both my Mac and iPhone, but it hasn't worked.

Interesting. Maybe Handoff needs to be switched off on your iPhone instead?

It's rather odd - Handoff has always been off on my iPhone.
