I love to hear closed-minded arguments from ATT users who live in areas where there is good signal.

I live in downtown Chicago and the signal is fantastic most of the time. 3G drops to EDGE every so often but I can manage with that. What I cannot manage is the shear number of dead zones north of the city. It's pathetic.
 
What was really odd is that she gave me all that info and not once asked why I was looking to switch carriers, what issues I might be having, or what factors were going into my decision making process so that could have the opportunity to save my business.

Why do you really think she'd care? She very likely doesn't even work for AT&T. She's probably making less than $10 an hour. If she's worked there more than a week or two she's heard all of the complaints before, knows that she can't do a thing about any of the stuff you'll be unhappy about, and I assure you she hears enough ranting and complaining without asking to hear more. She has zero motivation to give a damn about you canceling service.
