So some are saying it started with iOS 8 some are saying it started with iOS 9

in any case

how long does it take to sync a contact between an iPhone and the FaceTime app on the mac.

I see some of my afternoon dialled numbers on my FaceTime list

but whatever i've dialled in the last 1hr has yet to appear.
