Do you want a cookie or something? Lots of people have made accurate predictions about lots of things relating to every iPhone every year. It's not like you suggested something wildly unlikely that everyone ridiculed you for, and it turned out to be right.

I am personal bff's with Tim Cook. Yes, that Tim Cook. He is currently on a jet plane heading to your location to offer you a $1 million per year salary to lead the Apple iPhone naming team. He is so impressed with your achievement; to quote Tim, "I am so impressed". Your job will not start for two years however. Next year's flagship iPhone is going to be named in your honor. Yes, in 2018 Apple will release the "iPhone ckurt25". FaceID is going to be replaced with new technology that will detect the following years iPhone name. We're all so happy for you. The world is so happy for you, it is crying. News just came over the wire; Kim Jong-un is giving up the North Korean nuclear program and North Korea will focus all efforts on creating a ckurt25 fan webpage. Such an honor.

Congrats. According to my research you are one of approximately 200 people to on this forum to have properly guessed the name of the next iPhone. It was a tough thing to do with the next phone being the 10th anniversary and X meaning 10 and all, but you endured and did it!

Did Apple skip the 9 because of the perceived bad luck the number harbors? Particularly in certain Asian cultures. A large market that Apple is trying to penetrate?
 
Too bad you didn't predict the phone came with some big disappointments like no TouchID.

Or that the front of the phone had that God-awful notch and that the UI and UX elements would be botched as well.

Had you did that...I would have been impressed.

You got the name right.

But right now...the name of the redesigned phone is about the least important thing to me. Sorry.
 
Way to go out on a limb there skippy! 10th anniversary phone... X = 10... how in the world did you come up with that prediction, you're an oracle!!!!

I said X like last year too, but it was an obvious possibility due to the 10th anniversary so there’s nothing profound about guessing it. Thousands of people guessed it probably.

The number 4 would have been the one to skip. 9 is a good number.
