Caller ID for iMac 10.5.6

In my current setup I'm looking for a relatively simple caller ID program, free or purchased, for my iMac 10.5.6. It would save me a lot of time getting up from the computer when I'm busy to answer calls that aren't important. Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

I never knew you could do that with a computer, I thought you could only do it with a cable box.
