Caller ID in 7.02

I use Gmail to manage all my contacts on my iPhone 5. Typically when I am making or receiving a call from my contacts, their picture will show in a small thumbnail on the top right of the screen. Following the update to 7.02 a few contacts are showing up full screen pictures and I have no idea why (I would actually prefer this).

Any thoughts?

You may have assigned a picture to them which is why they go full screen. If the contacts are pulling pics from facebook or something else, it goes small circle.

No the photos are pulling in from Gmail....that is the way I have them all stored

I have manually assigned photos to my contacts, I get small picture unless phone goes to lock screen, then picture is full screen.
