Caller ID Photo Question

I have the facebook app and have synced my photos with my contacts.

How do I get the picture to be large and in the middle of the phone when someone is calling. Currently it's just a small thumbnail in the upper right hand corner.

I have iPhone 4 32GB with latest software.
 
If you add the photo DIRECTLY on your iPhone, the photo is large. If you sync contacts, you get the postage stamp version.
