Calling 800 numbers on Skype not working

Calls from abroad using Skype to USA 1-800/888 have been failing. I am receiving "Your call did not go through", "your call cannot be completed".. various and some just disconnect.

Anyway... it's working now. Now sure which setting I changed.

Has anyone else experienced this? Using the free version when calling Toll Free numbers.
