Calling Brother Printer Owners

Hey Guys,

Was going to see if anyone who had a Brother Printer could help me out. I'm seeing some odd issues when trying to update the firmware on the Brother printer I purchased a few days ago.

Wanted to see if possibly the update service was down, and other owners were seeing the same thing.
