I have a 5S running iOS 8.3 and whenever I call my girlfriend it shows up on her moms phone. I checked the numbers and they are different as they should be. Can anybody help with this?
 
It goes to her mom's phone instead or both phones?

In any case, sounds like some sort of call forwarding is involved.
