CallMe app

One of my favorite Cydia apps was CallMe. It was an app that put a one touch dial icon on the springboard and we could have as many as we wanted.
It no longer works (hasn't for quite some time) and I have been extremely disappointed in the apps on the AppStore that purport to do the same thing.
Does anyone know of an app that is like CallMe in Cydia, which works for the iOS 9s? If so, would you please provide recommendations? Also, does anyone know if perhaps the developer HAS upgraded the CallMe app and I just don't know where to find it?

The only thing I have used similar is Launcher in the App Store. This app allows you to add up to 8 dial icons or other launchers in Notification Center in the free version or up to 35 in the paid $2.99 version. I'm sure there are other apps available, but others will have to chime in on that front.
