On my iPhone 6, the swipe up for camera access does not work sometimes. I swipe up and nothing happens. Does anyone else have this issue?

I think it may actually affect Control & Notification Center too. When it occurs all I can do is unlock the phone and nothing else. Then it works fine for awhile until it randomly happens again.

This has been happening to me a lot too. It's hit or miss - sometimes I can use the camera and control center, other times I have to unlock the phone first.
