long story short
my brother lost my digital camera
and has offered to buy me a new one
since i got mine- i've stopped reading up on them
i had a Canon PowerShot S400 digital elph
basically i used it for point and shoot - nothing special
i got it a very few weeks after it came out
was all happy- w/ my upgraded 512 card...etc
so- my question
what should i ask him to get me?
i want something that is basically the equivalent - but w/ 'modern' technology
i did really like Canon- but i'm open for advice if there are other things i should be looking for...etc
