Universal Camera app with no shutter sound or option to turn off

Hello guys, I have an iphone imported from korea and it has an embedded shutter sound.

I had a workaround for this in the past by downloading an App from the App store but I forgot the name of the app. Thanks!
 
Go to purchased section within App Store on your iOS device. There will be a tab on there at the top for which apps not on your iOS device. Select that and it will show all the apps you purchased.
