Camera Connection Kit/Video Conversion for iOS iMovie

Hi All,

I've searched the App Store and these forums and cannot find the definitive answer.

I just bought the iPad connection kit - The video files from my video camera stored on the SD card are not .mov (thus not compatible with iOS iMovie). Is there a good/easy way of doing this without needing a computer - ie all on my iPad 2?
