Just received my new iPhone 16 pro and noticed that the Camera Control button is not completely flush with the housing. The top part is slightly raised while the bottom part is flush with the housing. It’s barely noticeable by eye but I can feel it with my finger. Anyone else noticing this with theirs?

Have the same question on my 16 pro. The top part is slighty raised and the bottom is flushed. Not sure if its suppose to be like this? I also have a 16 and it's not like this so I'm assuming that it's just bad QC.

I'd ask yourself if it's that big of a deal to you because you can drive yourself insane over stuff like this!

If you exchange, don't they give you a refurbed one? I will say that it is a non issue with a case on but I do enjoy going caseless sometimes

Just went to a few of our local Apple resellers and while some were perfectly flush, most buttons were slightly angled wrt the housing causing the button to be slightly raised or recessed at one corner. Decided not going to be bothered about it

Mine is perfectly flush on 16 Pro.

However I noticed the official apple cases cause a slight hump with the "button covering a button" solution, in fact the first case (grey) the side of the case actually protruded out a very noticeable amount where the camera control button is. I swapped it for a different one (green) and it wasn't as bad but still noticeable. But the button itself is completely flush with the frame.

Something weird on mine, I think the speaker holes were drilled about a quarter of a millimeter too high in the frame, because the speaker holes in both cases didn't line up properly. I wound up going with a peak design case anyways which has an open button for the camera control (I think it looks and functions better), and the speaker area at the bottom is open instead of individual holes for each speaker hole.

Did you replace it?
