Camera Freezing

Has anyone had a problem with their camera freezing. When I click camera it doesn't go the screen. If it does, it just freezes? What's going on? This is a refurb unit because i had a problem with my original. How long of a warranty do you get with the refurb, is it only 30 days? I have 5gb of space left, so i don't think that's it.

Apple care it! My co-work had the same problem and apple gave her a brand new unit!

newest iOS? i switched to Camera+ app and couldn't be happier!
