iPhone XS Max Camera Icon is Grayed out in Messages?

How can i use/activate my Camera icon in my Message/SMS?, because its grayed-out im on updated iOS using XS Max

If you’re using the built in message app the camera and AppStore icons are grey by default.

Screenshot? I don’t think there’s any way they would be greyed out unless Screen Time can disable them under certain circumstances, perhaps?
