Camera kit in stores?

NYC folks: I'm at the 5th Ave. store and looking at several camera kits ($29). Picking one up now.
 
Rancho Cucamonga Still Hasn't Received

I just called the Apple store in Victoria Gardens and they still haven't received them. They are hoping that they arrive tomorrow along with the iPad 3G. I will be calling them again to see if they have any.

The UWS store in NYC said that they have them but will not sell them until Friday afternoon.
 
I was in the Ft Lauderdale Galleria store this afternoon and they had them in the back, employee didn't know they even had them at all, I think maybe they are trying to hold stock for the big 3G event Friday, ( just my opinion ). I wanted to go ahead and try to get mine to avoid the crowd Friday so have been checking the Apple store and BB in the area for the last few days. BB still doesn't have them and wasn't sure if they would have any Friday. Galleria Apple has the Apple case and camera dock as of this afternoon about 3 pm, don't know how long those will last though!
 
I just bought the Camera Kit at the Minneapolis/St. Paul Ridgedale Mall Apple store this afternoon. They were on the shelves.
 
Picked one up at the Walden galleria in Buffalo this evening. They just got a shipment and I was there! Also managed to snag an Apple case for the iPad. They were selling like hot cakes, within 20 or so minutes that I was there, they just had the one camera kit left. Wow.
 
Picked one up at the louisville, ky apple store 7 pm Wednesday. I had to ask they weren't on the shelves. They had plenty of apple ipad cases also.
 
Picked one up at San Francisco Stockton St store 10 minutes ago. There was one more left behind the counter, not sure if they had more in the back.
 
I bought the last one in Schaumburg, IL today. The Deer Park, IL Apple store said they had them in stock, at least at 2:30p today.
 
both the dadeland and the falls stores in miami had them. picked mine up at the falls earlier, they had to get it from the back, none in the red zone.
 
The King Street store in downtown Charleston, SC got them today and I picked mine up. Canceling the Apple order which wouldn't have shipped for 2 more weeks.

I knew I should have stopped there when I was out that way. They always come through with having stock.
 
picked up a couple at the woodcliff lake, nj store last night.

they weren't on the shelves yet. i called ahead and the employee told me they just got them in.
 
Glad to see that my Apple store is the only one refusing to sell them even though they have stock.
 
I went to cancel my order at Apple.com. The May 10th ship date is in the process of being shipped and can't be canceled. What kind of crap is that!:confused:
 
They Have Arrived!!!

Just called the Apple store at Victoria Gardens (Rancho Cucamonga, CA) and they got them today! I have them holding two for me so I can go pick them up at lunch! Maybe the other stores got them today too!!!!:D

Even worse - my order says "prepared for shipment" with a ship date of May 14 (in two weeks), with delivery on the 19th! and it cannot be canceled???
