Camera of Cinema display not working when lid closed

Hey Guys,

I was wondering if anyone could help me find out if there is some way of getting the camera to work on a Cinema display when connected to a Macbook Pro 15inch and the lid is closed.

I have done some research and not found an answer to this problem yet.
